Euro Commercials has picked up the Mercedes-Benz ‘One Team’ Award for outstanding service.
One Team is a scheme that recognises and rewards the most dedicated, customer-focused employees who demonstrate great teamwork, great quality, and a great overall service to truck customers across the dealer network.
Euro Commercials won the award after going the extra mile for a customer that needed a quick response to problems with its new Arocs tippers. Cardiff technicians Kamil Ciosek and Garyn Rees volunteered to put in extra hours in the workshop, at very short notice, to fix the problem.
I’m always happy to help out if something needs doing urgently. We may have lost a Sunday, but Garyn and I gained a lot of satisfaction from this job.
This is the first time that Euro Commercials has won the One Team award, which is handed out annually. The prize now holds pride of place in the company’s central workshop in Cardiff, spurring the team on in its drive to be the best in every area of its business.
