As more than 300,000 fans descended on Cardiff to see Real Madrid beat Juventus in the world’s biggest club football match, Cardiff Self Storage provided secure storage for over 400 vehicles that were used to transport UEFA representatives.
Working with Hertz UK, Cardiff Self Storage supplied a secure compound that allowed Hertz to prepare and store the brand-new vehicles. Temporary accommodation for the training of Hertz staff was also provided.
We were thrilled to be able to play our part in helping ensure that the event ran smoothly. Hosting the Champions League Final was an excellent feat for the City of Cardiff, and the success of the event was a credit to all those involved.
